Shipping, Delivery & Returns
How much is shipping?
Delivery and return shipping is completely free within Australia. A free, prepaid return satchel will also be included when the item is shipped to you.
Will a tracking number be provided?
Yes, and a signature will be required by customer (or someone at the same residence). Items that are not signed for will be redirected to the local post office. Please note – we are not responsible for delays caused by redirection, so please ensure someone can sign for the package on the expected delivery date. Items cannot be left unattended at door due to their precious value. Also, deliveries may arrive a day or so earlier than your selected rental date.
Do you ship overseas?
We do not provide international shipping at this stage.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive for the event?
In the highly unlikely situation that your order does not arrive in time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with the best alternative solution asap.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will arrive at the delivery address on your commencement date by close of business. Please note, some deliveries may arrive one to two days earlier than the commencement day.
How do I return the order back to The Loop Market after the rental period?
When you first receive your item, you will also be provided with a prepaid satchel for returns, free of charge. Please repack your item back into the original box (with care), place the box into the supplied pre-paid satchel, and return to your local Australia Post Yellow Express post box. If you would like to keep proof of return, you can bring it into the Post Office where they will issue a receipt.
When do I have to return the piece back to The Loop Market by?
You must return your item to the post office or an Australia Post Yellow Express post box no later than 5pm on the final day of your hire (this date will be specified in your confirmation email).
If your rental period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, items can still be placed in your local Australia Post Yellow Express post box on those days, or at the post office on the next business day.
Late returns will incur a fee of $30.00 per day the item is delayed. If you could please also let us know asap if your item will be delayed, as other customers may already be awaiting the arrival of the item.
Do I have to get the item cleaned before returning it back to The Loop Market?
Due to the delicate nature of our items, professional cleaning of our items are included in the rental price as standard. Therefore, it is not necessary for you to clean the item before returning it.
