How does it work?

Step 1: Dream

Go online, browse our artisan selection, and compile your wishlist of wedding day accessories you’ve always dreamed of.

Step 2: Live the fairytale

Select your booking period: 4 days or 7 days. The first date you select will be the commencement of the hire period. You will receive your bridal hair accessory on the commencement date, ready to add the finishing touch to your wedding day ensemble.

Step 3: The clock strikes midnight

On the last day of your hire period, simply place the item back in the pre-paid postal bag we sent it in and return it back by popping it into an Australia Post Yellow Express post box at your local post office. Viola!

And don’t worry. In our version of a fairytale you get to keep the your prince, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Note: The item will need to arrive at one of these locations no later than 5pm.

We do recommend that your commencement date is at least 1-2 days prior to your event, as this is the delivery date. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, so all hire periods must commence on a weekday.

How can I view the items?

Our home is online. Each product comes with a detail description and several images taken from different angles are taken so you are able to get the best virtual feel for what the product will look like.

Is it possible to try the piece before hiring it?

No.  Not at this moment.

Are the pieces I hire cleaned before it arrives to me?

Absolutely. Hygiene and professional cleaning of our items is a priority here for us at The Loop Market and each item will be sanistised, cleaned as per our supplier’s instructions and quality checked before it arrives to you.

How long in advance should I reserve a piece from The Loop Market?

You can reserve the item up to 12 months in advance. This is recommended to ensure you secure the piece you want, especially if your big day falls into a  busy wedding season during the year.

To ensure your piece arrives on time, Please note: Bookings must be placed at least 7 days prior to the delivery date. This allows for appropriate processing and shipping times – next day and same day delivery are not possible on such short notice.

Please also take into consideration your location in Australia – if you are in a rural or harder to reach area, please ensure you allow enough time to receive the item prior to the commencement date.

How long will I get to keep the piece?

We currently offer two different hire periods: 4 days or 7 days

What if I change my mind in between the time I book the item and my wedding day?

We get that a lot things can change dramatically in the lead up to a wedding. Provided you give us enough notice (minimum. 1 month prior to commencement date), we are happy to exchange for another item (pending availability), or cancel your order.

What if I want to keep the piece for longer?

As pieces may be booked by other clients immediately following your rental period, we are unable to offer extensions beyond your agreed hire term.

Can I buy the piece I borrow, and keep it?

No – items belong to us at The Loop Market and are rented out to others.

What if I damage the piece during my borrowing period?

General wear and tear can happen, which is why we cover up to $50 worth of damage per item. Damage above this amount, beyond repair, and lost items will be charged to the customer at the retail value for the item.

Am I able to borrow the item, and let a friend use it during my borrowing period?

The customer that hires the piece is fully liable for any damage or loss of property, so therefore we don’t recommend allowing others to use the item during your rental period.

Do you require a deposit on items?

No, we do not require a deposit. Payment for your rental period will be made upfront at checkout.
